Parma and apple sandwich

Sugar free, super fast and delicious. This thing is too easy and too good to be true.

Ingredients (1 sandwich):

  • Unsweetened, wholegrain (for real) bread, 2 slices
  • Butter (not margarine)
  • Haravati cheese, 2 slices
  • Sour apple (I used Pink Lady), 1/3, thin slices
  • Parma ham, 2 slices
  • Arugula
  • Optional: macha chili paste
  • Avocado

Instructions:

Butter the bread and add all the other ingredients on one of the slices. Top with the second slice. Serve with avocado and have what´s left of the apple for dessert because brown apples are about as sad as thrown away apples. And dessert is nice. Voilá!
